Welcome to Sniper Leads (including Sniper Leads Free, Radar VIP, Sniper Pro, and associated Telegram bots and feeds, operated by Jamux Automations, collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing our Telegram channels, purchasing a subscription via Whop, or using our automated alerts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and Disclaimers. This agreement is governed by and incorporates the general Jamux Automations Master Terms.

01. Nature of the Service & Plan Distinction

Sniper Leads is an independent productivity and lead-discovery software tool operating via Telegram. The Service is structured into two distinct subscription tiers:

Radar VIP ($5.99/month): Grants continuous access to our private Telegram broadcast channel with low-competition alerts (strictly <25 proposals) for qualifying projects ($25+ USD) across 9 digital disciplines and unlocked 3-sentence AI proposal drafts for 1-tap copy.
Sniper Pro ($14.99/month): Includes all VIP channel benefits plus an interactive 1-on-1 private bot assistant (@SniperLeadsAlert_bot), delivering personalized direct-to-DM notifications tailored to your specific bio, skills, and portfolio (configured via /profile), with custom category and keyword filtering.

Important Notice: Sniper Leads is NOT an employer, job agency, headhunter, staffing firm, or freelance marketplace. We do not hire freelancers, intermediate client payments, or act as an escrow agent.

02. Earnings & Results Disclaimer (No Guarantee of Work)

No Employment Guarantee: We provide market intelligence and speed tools only. We do NOT guarantee that subscribing to the Service will result in client replies, job awards, interviews, or revenue.

User Responsibility: Landing freelance contracts depends entirely on individual factors outside our control, including your professional skillset, past portfolio, proposal quality, pricing strategy, client preferences, and platform reputation.

Financial Risk: Under no circumstances will Sniper Leads or Jamux Automations be held responsible for any loss of income, missed business opportunities, or bids placed on external platforms.

03. Third-Party Trademarks & Non-Affiliation

Sniper Leads is an independent tooling suite developed by Jamux Automations. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Freelancer.com, Guru.com, Upwork Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC, Google LLC, OpenAI Inc., Whop Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

All names, logos, emblems, and images of third-party platforms are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention within our service is strictly for descriptive and informational purposes.

04. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Proposal Disclaimer

Proposal copy and project summaries generated by our integrated Large Language Models are intended strictly as creative starting points, technical ideas, and drafts. AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or assumptions.

Commercial Use Allowed: You are granted full rights to commercially edit, customize, adapt, and submit any AI proposal drafts generated by the Service for your freelance pitches and client proposals.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any proposal before submitting it to a prospective client. Never submit unverified claims regarding deadlines or technical capabilities.

05. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

All financial transactions, billing cycles, and payment processing for Sniper Leads are securely handled by Whop.com and its affiliated payment processors (Stripe/PayPal). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis ($5.99/month for Radar VIP or $14.99/month for Sniper Pro).

You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click directly from your Whop Customer Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Due to the real-time digital nature of our proprietary software feeds and immediate data access granted upon checkout, fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law or evaluated under our 1-click policy. All refund inquiries are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

06. Service Availability, Infrastructure & Downtime Disclaimer ("As-Is", Zero SLA)

The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jamux Automations deploys automated software across distributed and local server environments, fronted by Cloudflare for edge security, global DNS, and DDoS mitigation. By subscribing, you expressly understand and agree that:

No Service Level Agreement (Zero SLA Guarantee): Subscriptions to Radar VIP ($5.99/mo) and Sniper Pro ($14.99/mo) do not include an uptime guarantee (such as 99.9% SLA). While we exercise commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 24/7 continuous alerting, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or instantaneous operation at all times.
Local Infrastructure, Power & ISP Outages: Alert pipelines and local host instances may experience temporary delays, reboots, or downtime caused by events beyond our direct control, including but not limited to: municipal electrical power outages, brownouts, hardware component maintenance, local Internet Service Provider (ISP) fiber/routing interruptions, scheduled firmware updates, or domestic network anomalies. Temporary service interruptions, including those caused by local infrastructure, ISP anomalies, or third-party platform dependencies, do not automatically entitle subscribers to refunds or damages. Any applicable remedies remain subject to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer law.
Third-Party Feed Reliance: Sniper Leads monitors public endpoints and structured RSS feeds from Freelancer.com. If Freelancer.com alters, blocks, rate-limits, restructures, or discontinues its public feeds, or if Telegram experiences service outages, alert pipelines may pause temporarily until a technical mitigation is deployed. Jamux Automations bears no liability for third-party API or feed disruptions.

07. Prohibited Usage & Intellectual Property

Your VIP or Pro membership grants a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to receive alerts for your own freelance career. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, broadcast, scrape, or mirror the alerts, bot notifications, or proprietary prompts to any public group, Discord server, or commercial entity.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential permanent banning from the Jamux Automations ecosystem.

08. Limitation of Liability & Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jamux Automations, its founders, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable under any legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability) for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of anticipated profits, contracts, freelance gigs, or prospective client revenue.
Downtime, missed bids, or delayed message delivery resulting from power outages, internet disconnections, or third-party platform maintenance.
Decisions made or proposals submitted based upon automated AI drafts.

Sole Remedy & Liability Cap: In any event where liability is judicially determined, the maximum aggregate financial liability of Jamux Automations arising out of or relating to Sniper Leads shall not exceed the total subscription fees attributable to the Service and paid by or on behalf of the subscriber during the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim ($5.99 USD for Radar VIP, or $14.99 USD for Sniper Pro), whether processed directly or through an authorized payment processor.

Statutory Rights Protection: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability or non-waivable statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All member inquiries, billing questions, and customer support for Sniper Leads are handled exclusively through the official Whop Messaging System:
