Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026 · Operated by Jamux Automations

1. Information We Collect

Jamux Automations minimizes all data collection to the absolute bare minimum required to deliver our services:

  • Telegram Account Metadata: Your public Telegram User ID and username when you interact with @SniperLeadsAlert_bot or join our VIP channels.
  • Freelancer Profile Preferences: Custom skill tags, keyword filters, and bio descriptions entered voluntarily to personalize AI proposals.
  • Payment Records: Transaction IDs and subscription status provided via webhook by our billing processor, Whop Inc. We never view, collect, or store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Information

Your data is used solely to authenticate VIP channel access, route real-time Telegram notifications, and dynamically generate relevant proposal pitches. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal data to any advertising network or third party.

3. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

We rely on world-class service providers to operate our edge systems:

  • Telegram Bot API: For instantaneous push alerts and interactive bot commands.
  • Whop Inc. & Stripe: For secure merchant checkout, tokenized billing, and customer portals.
  • Cloudflare: For global edge DNS caching, SSL encryption, and DDoS mitigation.
  • Google Cloud Vertex AI: For processing anonymous job descriptions into proposal drafts without retaining personal data.

4. Cookies & Local Storage Policy (Strictly Essential)

Jamux Automations respects user privacy by design. Our public web platform operates under a strictly minimal data footprint:

  • Zero Invasive Advertising Cookies: We do not deploy third-party cross-site advertising cookies, behavioral fingerprinting scripts, or data brokers.
  • Essential Cloudflare Edge Cookies: As our site is hosted and secured via Cloudflare Pages and Edge CDN, Cloudflare may place essential security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm or bot detection tokens) strictly necessary to prevent Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, detect malicious automated scrapers, and validate HTTPS sessions. These cookies do not store personally identifiable data.
  • Local Storage (Client-Side Only): We may use your browser's lightweight localStorage solely to remember UI preferences (such as dark mode states or dismissed notices). This information never leaves your device.

5. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

You may request complete deletion of your user record and stored preferences at any time by issuing the /delete_data command to the bot or contacting us through Whop customer support.

6. Contact

For privacy inquiries or compliance matters, reach out to our team directly through the official Whop Customer Messaging Portal.
