Last Updated: October 2026 · Governing Entity: Jamux Automations
These Master Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Jamux Automations ("Jamux", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website (jamuxai.com), software applications, autonomous bots, developer tools, and related digital services (collectively, the "Platform").
Jamux Automations develops and operates distinct specialized autonomous products and automated bots. In addition to these Master Platform Terms, each product is governed by its own Product-Specific Terms of Service:
Business & Brand Identity: Jamux Automations is a proprietary technology brand operated by an independent software developer. It is not a separate incorporated company or corporation. References to "Jamux Automations," "Jamux," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the independent software developer operating the brand.
We specialize in autonomous workflows, distributed data pipelines, and real-time notification tooling. We do not act as an employment agency, headhunter, financial advisor, broker, or legal representative. We build independent software tools designed for user efficiency and market intelligence.
When using any specific software tool (such as Sniper Leads), the provisions set forth in that tool's Product-Specific Terms take precedence regarding tier definitions, pricing, specialized disclaimers, and technical limitations.
These Master Terms provide the umbrella governing framework regarding intellectual property, platform integrity, global infrastructure disclaimers, and merchant processor agreements.
All proprietary code, brand assets, logos, interfaces, software architecture, bot logic, and system prompts developed by Jamux Automations remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jamux Automations.
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, mirror, scrape, or resell access to any Jamux Automations API, database, or notification feed.
Commercial transactions, recurring subscriptions, and licensing for Jamux Automations software are processed through third-party Merchant-of-Record platforms (principally Whop.com and associated processors such as Stripe and PayPal).
Jamux Automations never stores full payment card numbers or banking credentials. All billing disputes, cancellations, and receipt management are handled via the designated checkout provider dashboard.
Our platform services and websites are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While Jamux Automations implements enterprise edge acceleration and DDoS mitigation through Cloudflare, we do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jamux Automations and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, downtime, lost business opportunities, or reliance upon algorithmic outputs.
Total cumulative liability across all claims is strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the user to Jamux Automations for the specific service in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Statutory Savings Clause: The foregoing limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liabilities or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law.
